Greenhaven’s kindred have joined together to form a governing body over those kindred who take refuge within its environs. It is their responsibility (and privilege) to oversee the nightly running of the city and enforce order as they see fit.

The Primogen council is a body of Kindred who represent their respective Covenants. They were voted in as representatives by their covenants, and are consequently expected to act as such. The Prince usually regards their advice well, but ultimately they are advisors for city policy. Depending on their Covenant, they may wield greater power among their own kind. Currently, the Primogen are:

Finally, the Prisci are those vampires who are thought to be represent and lead their clans. This is an unofficial city position, but depending on the individual Priscus and their clan, they may wield significant power. Currently the Prisci are:
